A Big Thank You & *Paywall Update*
A quick update on what’s changing, what’s not, and how to keep reading The Dish!
Hello, wonderful people! Just a bit of housekeeping today: I’ll be unpausing the paywall for The Dish on Monday, 4/21. That means readers will once again be able to support my writing financially. If you choose to do so, the subscription will be $5/month — with the option to pay more.
Here’s how it’ll work: my Monthly Menus will be behind the paywall, while everything else (Notes from the Kitchen, Sweet Somethings, etc.) will remain free for all subscribers. Creating a menu — from coming up with ideas to developing recipes to writing them up for your inbox — is a labor of love, and paid subscriptions will help me sustain (and level up!) this practice.
If you’re not in a position to pay at this time but still want to receive the Monthly Menus, please don’t hesitate to reach out — just reply to this newsletter, email me at phoebe@phoebefry.com, or message me on Substack or Instagram. I’ll happily comp your subscription, no questions asked.
