Hi, dear ones —

I had far too much fun writing this one, waxing poetic about tomatoes, pizza bianca, and the cravings that autumn ignites. 

Thanks to Teo’s iPad, I’m experimenting with incorporating doodles into The Dish. Substack has its limitations in terms of style and formatting, and incorporating my handwriting into The Dish already makes it feel more like me.
