Hi Sandy! Yay! For the braising liquid, I lessened the acidity by using a bit less of the red wine vinegar. I also added some chicken stock to the mix. Sorry not to be more precise!! Rick Martinez is a great recipe developer, so I'm sure it'll be delicious if you follow it exactly. x Phoebe
