What a sweet ode to fennel! I love to roast slices of fennel and carrots together (the flavors pair well) and toss with a lemon-fennel seed-pistachio dukkah post-roast. Yum!

I love this ode to fennel. I also loved how fennel is spelled--and pronounced--in French: fenouil. What is it in Italian?

I love fennel is all of its forms. I think it’s not a ‘famous’ veggie (to compare to SL) but I get what you’re saying! It’s famous to the people who discover its pleasures.
