Love it all! I watched a bit of the Imamu video and I got so stressed out about the size of her pots. Is everything smaller??? Am I obsessed with cooking in a giant pot???

Hahaha I think Americans are obsessed with larger cooking appliances in general! Pots, cutting boards, etc. I’ve noticed this difference with French cooks, too

Phoebe, would you consider a piece about cutting vegetables? As an untrained cook, I am wondering what you think about when preparing an onion or cabbage or leek or … for a certain purpose. How do different cuts affect the result? I enjoy chopping very much for its meditative, full-senses aspect. Best wishes, Amy
